As a wine producer, I appreciate attention to detail, and I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary innovation at the hotel's restaurant. Delightful aromas greeted me at breakfast, with buffet and continental options featuring fresh juices and fruits. However, as a vegetarian, I found the lack of suitable choices disappointing, echoing a missed opportunity for those with dietary restrictions. Despite this small setback, the ambiance at the restaurant, Brujas, just a stone's throw away, was truly enchanting. Overall, El Cortijo Apart offers a tranquil escape with exceptional dining experiences. For a perfect blend of relaxation and gastronomic exploration, this charming hotel is a hidden gem awaiting discovery.
